OVERVIEW
We provide high quality and cost effective sintered stone( rock slabs)!
Sintered stone is an ultra-compact and high-performance surface material 。The raw material of rock slab is a mixture of quartzite, granite and clay, which is a new material of high-tech achievement and to some extent a new category of building material. The raw material of ceramic tile is mixed with clay and quartz sand, and after the process of grinding, mixing, pressing, glazing and sintering, an acid and alkali resistant tile or stone is formed.
It can be used for countertops, floors, walls, doors, furniture, indoors and outdoors decorative , and its heat resistance and lightness are excellent, making it an energy-saving and environmentally friendly material.
Parameters
● Thickness:6mm,9mm,12mm,15mm,20mm
● Color:same with the pattern
● Surface finish :Gloss , matte ,satin

How is Sintered Stone made?
Sintered stone is a new high-tech plate after ceramic tile, acrylic plate, pure aluminum powder plate, calcium powder plate and artificial solid surface materials such as marble, artificial stone and quartz stone. The main components of rock slabs are clay, feldspar powder, silica, pressed with the help of more than 10,000 tons of presses (more than 15,000 tons) and fired in a kiln at a high temperature of 1200~1500°C. The sintering process is relatively complex and is a process that reproduces the natural generation of natural stone for millions of years in a few hours. Sintered Stone is manufactured using recent technological advancements which mimic the processes that form natural stones. While natural stones like marble and granite are formed over thousands of years, Sintered stone slabs take just a few hours.
